Mattias Jorstedt is a Swedish former professional Magic: The Gathering player and poker player.[1] He is most famous for winning Pro Tour Yokohama in 2003 and the fact that he during the 2002–03 Pro Tour Season reached three Pro Tour top eights, winning one, and still only finished second in the Player of the Year-race 16 points behind winner Kai Budde. Jorstedt is also known for winning the first-ever Nordic Championship of Magic held in Denmark in the year 2000. In addition, he finished second in behind Bob Maher in the 2004 Magic Invitational.[2]

In 2025, the Spotlight Series drew several longtime veterans back to the competitive scene, including Mattias Jorstedt. After testing on MTG Arena, he brought a spicy Selesnya Landfall deck to Spotlight: Spider-Man in Liverpool, finishing with a strong 10-5 record.[3][4]
