A phantom preconstructed Standard event was held between August 25 and 27, 2025 as part of the Magic Online Spellgrounds series. Players were randomly offered one of three Standard decks, out of five total (one fewer than other events in the series to this point), taken from recent mid and premier-level tournaments to play three free best-of-three matches.

While Standard had previously been scheduled as part of Spellgrounds, this was the first event to actually happen for the format. Decks were purposely chosen to be a little bit "off-meta".
