Lisu is the capitol of Argenti, one of the Edemi Islands of Madara, off the coast of Jamuraa on the plane of Dominaria.
Description
There are no walls around Lisu, but the entire city lies in the shadow of its castle fortress. If trouble came, the castle doors opened for all the citizens to take refuge inside, then shut tight until the danger had passed. Even the farms that border the forest are close enough for the farmers to retreat inside the walls, especially if the invading force had to slog through the thick forest first. The densely packed buildings indicate the stability of Lady Caleria's reign, with hundreds of permanent houses and a complicated series of roads and alleys all within easy running distance of the castle. Lisu has a population that rivals even the largest cities in Madara.[1]
History
During the Madara-Edemi War, the Kentsu caused much destruction in Lisu, including using Lady Orca to destroy Caleria's castle.
