Kels, Fight Fixer is an Azra mob boss on the plane of Kylem.[1]
Description
Kels runs the most extensive fight-fixing operation on all of Kylem. With her magic she can see emotional weaknesses, and failing fighters let off wisps of desperation like smokestacks. Once she has identified her mark, she uses her silver tongue and gold purse to take care of the rest.
