Gruul Mice

Gruul Mice is an red-green aggro deck competitive in the span between Bloomburrow to Aetherdrift Standard. With the release of Tarkir: Dragonstorm and Cori-Steel Cutter, this creature-oriented build fell in favor of a more resilient spell-based Prowess deck. It is built to consistently trigger the Valiant abilities of Heartfire Hero and Emberheart Challenger, with the big payoff being Manifold Mouse. Being largely mono-Red, it had gone through multiple iterations, such as using Black with Callous Sell-Sword, White with other Mice and Sheltered by Ghosts, and mono-Red with Leyline of Resonance or a classic Red Deck Wins build with Lightning Strike and similar.

The Valiant Mice core has also been ported into Pioneer/Explorer in a Mono-Red list.
