The Western Desert is a desert in New Argive, part of the Terisian Isles on Dominaria, although it might now have a newer name.
History
The desert was originally located in eastern Terisiare and was present as early as the last part of the Time of Legends.
The Western Desert received its name because it lay west of west from Argive and Korlis. It was divided from the Great Desert in the interior of Terisiare by the Kher Ridges. Come the Ice Age, the land froze over and became known as the Kjeldoran Hinterlands.
During the Thaw, the ice melted away, and Kjeldor became part of New Argive. The desert emerged once again and is present on modern-day maps, although it might go by a new name. The city of Toribah is located in the desert.
