Tempest block

The Tempest block was the third block, consisting of the large expansion Tempest (File:Tempest.gif) in October 1997 and the two small expansions Stronghold (File:Stronghold.gif) and Exodus (File:Exodus.gif). Its official name is the Rath Cycle.
