Template:Expansion Nonblock Archenemy is a set of four "game packs", each consisting of 20 oversized cards and a 60-card deck. The set will be released on June 18, 2010. It will be sold in English, but the rules will be in other languages. The sets retail for $19.99.

Archenemy is a multiplayer product emphasising on a "one vs. many" aspect.

Rules

The Archenemy begins with 40 life, all other players begin with 20 life. The archenemy takes their turn, and all of the opposing players take their turn(s) simultaneously, such as in the Two-Headed Giant game type. The goal is for the Archenemy to defeat all of the opposing players, or for the opposing players to defeat the Archenemy. If one of the many opposing players defeats the Archenemy then it is a victory for all of the opposing players.

The archenemy has access to a new card type, scheme cards. Scheme cards are played at the beginning of the Archenemy's turn, he/she draws a Scheme card from the stack of Scheme cards. These cards are not permanents and when the effects are resolved, are placed on the bottom of the Scheme card deck. The act of putting Scheme cards on the bottom of a scheme deck is called Abandoning

Archenemy may be played with multiple Scheme decks, with each player controlling a stack. In this variant, the game more closely resembles Free-For-All or possibly Planechase.
