Fec was an orc member of Yasova Dragonclaw's hunting party, two generations after the Khanfall on Tarkir.
Description
Fec was a large orc who had a pronounced limp and a bad leg, which he skillfully managed with the help of a staff. He had tough skin on his hands that withstood the cold without gloves and was marked with a network of thin scars. Fec's most valuable possessions were his brass swords, although they weren't as sharp as the obsidian weapons used by the rest of the tribe.
Fec was experienced, disciplined, and observant. Despite his injury, he was agile and resourceful, often taking the lead in dangerous situations. He had a calm demeanor and was respectful towards Yasova, the First Mother, showing deference and obedience to her commands. Fec was also introspective and philosophical, recognizing the harsh realities of their world while valuing knowledge and traditions that others might discard. His sense of duty to the clan was strong, and he wasn't afraid to speak his mind, even if it meant challenging the status quo.
History
Fec was a crucial member of Yasova's party, providing guidance and protection. He played a key role in scouting for dangers, like when he warned the group of an approaching dragon and advised them to take cover. Fec demonstrated bravery by attempting to distract and attack the dragon with his weapons, even though they were ineffective against its tough scales.
During an encounter at a clan encampment, Fec interacted with a mysterious pregnant woman who called herself Mevra but was the dragon Nicol Bolas in disguise. Fec showed caution and respect as he tried to gather information about her identity and the fate of the other clan members. He was perceptive and suspected that the woman might not be who she appeared to be, signaling Yasova to be wary.
Throughout their journey, Fec remained a dependable and skilled companion. He balanced his physical limitations with wisdom and experience, contributing significantly to the group's survival and decision-making processes.
