Vosok lies 3,000 miles from Letha in Icehaven on Dominaria, and is described as having icy fjords and inhabitants with huge, blond individuals like Letha's enforcer who was killed by Astor before the second battle with the blue dragon Skouras.[1]
Location
Icehaven is an island much smaller than 3000 miles across, and the description of icy fjords does not match anything that lies far to the south. Vosok then must be part of the Arctic Northland. There is indeed a peninsula north of Tolaria West, opposite the Videnthian Sea from Upper Videnth, which fits well with being 3,000 miles from Icehaven, a good fit for the location of Vosok.
