Vesuva (veh-SOO-vuh[1]) is an island on Dominaria. It is located to the direct west of Walassa in the Orvada Empire, and east of Shanodin.[2]
Description
Vesuva is the home of shapeshifters. It is also a region full of magical illusions, some of them capable of producing murderous doppelgangers of anyone visiting.[3]
History
By the Temporal crisis of Dominaria, the former glory of Vesuva had been lost. However, its reflection still showed an undamaged Vesuva in its prime.[4]
After the Great Mending, Vesuva was rebuilt,[5] and is ruled by queen Omo. The legendary Helm of the Host was made out of Rathi flowstone specially for her.[6]
