Every few years Wizards of the Coast updates their main website and it breaks all the reference links on the Wiki. In 2022 they did a major overhaul of the back-end database and deleted most of their own article archives. This had left the Wiki with a huge number of links leading to 404'd pages. [maxmakesmagic.com MaxMakesMagic] has corrected the vast majority of issues but some still linger.

To quickly retrieve Internet Archive links, you can append the URL in the {{DailyRef}} or {{ArticleArchive}} tag to the end of https://web.archive.org/web/https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/.

If there's no snapshot in the Internet Archive for that URL, try searching in Ormos.

In order to repair links using the {{DailyRef}}, {{ArticleArchive}} or {{WebRef}} format, you can append "|archiveurl=[Internet Archive URL]|archivedate=[date of snapshot]" to the end of the tag, inside the end curly brackets ("}}").
