Purpose of this page

This has similar issues to "requirement", and also "quest" before we changed it into "quest counters". It is categorized as a playtest card mechanic in the mechanics tab, but it shares its name with the fundamental game action - but the game action term is ultimately slang. However, the page is largely an orphan and mostly linked only to pages with the "mechanics" subtable. I've recently linked it to "land", but upon review the article, beyond the history and playtest mechanic, is an expanded version of the paragraph in "Land". The strategy part is unique but also could be merge into Land. The question ultimately here is: should this page be solely dedicated to the playtest mechanic and the fundamental action moved elsewhere (to land, likely), or should this page capture both the action and the playtest mechanic and have all other references be directed to here?
