Card art descriptions

Not sure if this would be the right page to add this discussion, but I've been looking for a repository for art descriptions posted by WotC and set artists but haven't really found any. It seems like this wiki could be a location to place those, but I'm not sure how that would be accomplished without individual card pages, which I know has been a contentious topic in the past.
