Event description quotes

I don't think the use of quotes here is helping the article's readability. On desktop, the quote blocks are displayed center so it's hard to tell what they relate to. They're also presented without context so readers are unable to determine if they relate just to the event immediately below them, the whole month, the event above them, or all the events until the next quote. I think you're better off going back to customized summaries, even if they're not as concise. Alternatively, it might be easier to switch the whole event list to a table so you can have a Notes column to allow this information to be included. -- RivalRowan (talk) 06:05, 30 March 2025 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm not super happy with them either. They work quite well in the preview tab when editing, and on mobile, but full screen on my laptop not so much. I probably need to call it a night, but I will rework it tomorrow.

I am pretty pleased I managed to find information for all the events though! January's events were a bit trickier to find sources for. -- Beatsandskies (talk) 08:43, 30 March 2025 (UTC)
