There are five computer-controlled enemies in the Intermediate tier of the Magic: The Gathering (MicroProse) game (also known as Shandalar). Each enemy had a different preconstructed deck focused on a particular color; four monocolored with the fifth, the Paladin, splashing a second color. They start with 18 life, and can be bribed for 80 gold[1].
The two expansions, Spells of the Ancients and Duels of the Planeswalkers each had variations of each enemy decklist. Since they could be installed separately, cards added for Spells were removed for Duels. The expansion decks didn't use the game's sideboarding mechanic.
Paladin

A white deck, splashing blue, which uses cards like Sleight of Mind and Magical Hack to alter the effects of Hosers to its advantage.
Original
- Modifications
- Against black decks the Paladin substitutes two copies of Sleight of Mind and one Magical Hack for two copies of Divine Transformation and an extra copy of Swords to Plowshares.
Spells of the Ancients
The Spells version of the deck lessens the color-changing focus of the deck, replacing Magical Hack and other cards like Karma with the efficient threat Juggernaut and extra copies of Swords to Plowshares. It also takes advantage of an improved manabase with Tundra and City of Brass.

Note: The two Circle of Protections were entered on the decklist as COP: Black and COP: Red.
Duels of the Planeswalkers
The Duels deck added an extra copy of both Benalish Hero and Swords to Plowshares to the original deck, for a total of 62 cards.
Additionally, while there were still seven copies of the two color-changing Instants, the ratio changed in the expansion deck. In the original, there were four Sleight of Mind and three Magical Hack, but this changed to four Magical Hack and three Sleight of Mind.
