Rhiannon Rasmussen is an American horror author and illustrator interested in monstrosity and the persistence of hope. Rhiannon's fiction has appeared in publications including Lightspeed Magazine, Diabolical Plots, and Evil in Technicolor.
Rasmussen contributed to the Magic Story for Innistrad: Midnight Hunt,[1] Streets of New Capenna, and Tarkir: Dragonstorm.
