Paul Cheon is an American content creator; throughout his career, he also has been a professional player, streamer, R&D developer, and Pro Tour coverage commentator.
Description
Cheon won the US National Championship in 2006, and two years later won the Team World Championship with teammates Michael Jacob and Sam Black. From then he was strongly associated with ChannelFireball and its content creation scene while streaming independently. Around 2015 he also joined the GP commentary team. In July 2017, he joined Wizards of the Coast R&D as a member of the newly formed Play Design team,[1] then later moved into Coverage coordinator while commentating on Pro Tours during both jobs. In December 2023, he was laid off alongside many other employees of Hasbro, which also took him out of the commentary team until the 2024 World Championship[2] He has since returned to content creation, though more on YouTube than streaming.
