Mandrake Nightshade was an evil black and red mage.

History

During the Great Magus War, he destroyed Martuk. In his final battle on Mt. Margalus, he summoned several dragons and pit lords, only to fall at the hands of Selena Mistencharmer and Slides Stardust. This mountain has since become known as Mandrake's Mountain.

Upon his death, Selena and Slides feared his possible resurrection, so they put a dangerous curse on the mountain that would drain anyone who set foot on the mountain.
