Kush, also called the Western Lands or the Western Realms,[1] is a nation of southwestern Aerona, on the plane of Dominaria.
Description
Kush lies south of the Tonga Mountains, north of Barbar and west of the Green Lands.[2]
History
Kush was formerly a city in the Western Lands primarily known for the Festival of the Arena.[3]
After the Time of Troubles, when the city of Kush was destroyed, Kush became the name of the entire region, displacing the name of the Western Lands, while the rebuilt city itself received the name Estark.[4]
Leshrac Nightwalker dominated part of it before being imprisoned in Phyrexia.
