The Hightrunk Chamber was the royal court and seat of power of the elven empire of Havenwood on Sarpadia.
History
The ruling council, headed by a king, used the court as a meeting place. Morgan, a Thelonite Druid, an advisor, and Loren, a master scout, both held sway at court, though their goals and means differed. The council leader and elder druid was named Kolevi.[1][2]
