Gerald Camangon is a Filipino professional player and National Champion who has been playing Magic at a high level for a long period. His first notable result was a Top 8 in the 1999 Filipino Nationals. Although he was eliminated in the quarterfinals, he was able to represent the Philippines at Worlds due to rescinds. Camangon had Pro Tour appearances between Pro Tour San Diego in 2002 and Pro Tour Avacyn Restored in 2012, with his best finish being 42nd at the inaugural Modern format 2011 Pro Tour Philadelphia. He also qualified for Southeast Asia Championships in 2023 and 2025.

Notable decks

Camangon was the subject of a Deck Tech during video coverage of Pro Tour Philadelphia in 2011. He had registered a Green manaBlue mana Faeries deck instead of the more common Blue manaBlack mana build. The format was Modern.[1]
