Closed Beta Decks

There were ten player decks[2] in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2015: one for each two color combination. Additionally, in the Garruk's Revenge expansion you unlocked an additional black and green deck allowing you to play the campaign as the Planeswalker Garruk[3].

Duels 2015 introduced open deck building. This meant that, unlike previous games in the series, you didn't unlock specific cards for any deck, instead you earned a virtual Booster pack which allowed you to modify your starter deck or build brand new ones.

There were two versions of each deck. The first of these you got when you chose your two colors at the start of the game. The second version would unlock when you had acquired all the cards for it.

Freezing Winds

“  Slowly take control of the battlefield with white defensive creatures and spells, then win in the air with blue flying attackers.  ”
