There were ten player decks in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2014[1][2], each themed around either a Planeswalker or a Legendary Creature. Only Garruk's deck, Hunter's Strength, is available from the beginning of the game. The other nine decks are unlocked by defeating the character that corresponds with that deck in the Main Campaign (including Chandra Nalaar in the Prologue).
In addition to the 30 cards unlockable for each deck by playing the game, there were a further 6 cards which could be unlocked with a promo code.

Garruk Wildspeaker
Hunter's Strength is a green deck designed to reflect Garruk's character.
Unlockable decks
Chandra Nalaar
Firewave is a red deck designed to reflect Chandra's character.
Ajani Goldmane
Guardians of Light is a white deck designed to reflect Ajani Goldmane's character.
Jace Beleren
Mindmaze is a blue deck designed to reflect Jace's character.
Liliana Vess
Deadwalkers is a black deck designed to reflect Liliana's character. It has a Typal Zombie theme.
Sigismund
Avacyn's Glory is a white deck which is unlocked after defeating Sigismund, a Silverblade Paladin, on the plane of Innistrad.
Girundar
Chant of the Mul Daya is a green deck which is unlocked after defeating the Druid Girundar on the plane of Zendikar.
Ess-Nelek
Sliver Hive is a 
deck with a Typal Sliver theme. It is unlocked after defeating Ess-Nelek on the plane of Shandalar.
Krufa
Enter the Dracomancer is a 
deck which is unlocked after defeating Krufa from the Alaran Shard of Jund.
Zorislav
Masks of the Dimir is a blue and black deck which is unlocked after defeating Zorislav of House Dimir on the plane of Ravnica.
