Magic card, crimped at bottom

A "crimp" is the rippled press at the top and bottom of each booster pack to press it closed. A crimped card was misaligned within such a pack and got caught in the press.[1][2]

Description

Crimped cards feature a ripple pattern on the top or bottom of the card, making the card unplayable. Crimps can happen on the top or bottom of a card. While crimps are a little less common than miscuts, they're usually desired less by collectors. However, particularly rare cards that get crimped still fetch good prices on the secondary market.
