Evincar
Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath and Dominaria. On Rath, they possessed the power to control the plane's flowstone.[1] Evincars were recruited for their ruthless personal ambition and propensity for destruction.[2] Rath and Storm mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for Phyrexian rulers on other planes.

- Burgess
- Davvol
- Volrath
- Crovax of Windgrace
- The Weaver King (unofficial, he took control of it for himself)
- Mirri (in an alternate reality)
- The demon Belzenlok [3](impersonating)

- The etymology of the word most likely comes from the Latin ēvincēre which means to overcome, conquer, vanquish or prevail.
