Evincar

Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath. Evincars are recruited to the ranks of evil through their ruthless personal ambition and propensity for destruction. The Tempest storybook mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for other Phyrexian rulers on other planes.

• Burgess
• Davvol
• Volrath
• Crovax of Windgrace
• The Weaver King (unofficial, he took control of it for himself)
• Mirri (in an alternate reality)
