The (provisionally named) Spring Superdrop 2024 is a superdrop in the Secret Lair product range and a continuation of the alternate art Secret Lair Drop Series. It becomes available for purchase from the Wizards of the Coast webshop secretlair.wizards.com om May 13, 2024.
Description
This superdrop features a Universes Beyond drop centered on the Japanese vocaloid Hatsune Miku, a 16-year-old anime character with long, turquoise twintails. Miku's personification has been marketed as a virtual idol, and has performed at live virtual concerts onstage as an animated projection (rear-cast projection on a specially coated glass screen). Miku previously starred in a special Japanese trailer for Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty.[2] The name of the drop "Sakura Superstar" references the Japanese spring flower, the Cherry blossom.
