Template:Character Jeska, Warrior Adept was an Otarian barbarian along with her brother, Kamahl. The two lived in Balthor Rockfist's tribe until Kamahl left to seek his fortunes in Cabal City. Later, Jeska and Balthor followed Kamahl's footsteps, but she was hurt while Kamahl was under the influence of the Mirari. She was left in the care of the centaur Seton, but captured by Braids and brought to the Cabal Patriarch.
The Patriarch's attempt to kill her instead corrupted her, turning her into Phage. Phage fought loyally for the Patriarch, and due to the unique nature of their relationship, bore him a child. This child turned out to be the reincarnation of the numena Kuberr.
Phage left the Cabal and joined Zagorka in Topos, where she was tracked down by Akroma for killing Ixidor. Kamahl killed Akroma, Phage, and Zagorka in one strike, inadvertently creating Karona.
Later, when Sash and Waistcoat killed Karona, the three women separated; Zagorka and Akroma were dead, but Jeska's latent planeswalker's spark flared, and she ascended. It transpired that her dormant spark was what saved her from the Mirari Sword, the visited many world of the Multiverse under his guidance.
Jeska appears on Dominaria again during the final events of Planar Chaos and beginning of the Future Sight, searching for Karn.
