Toolbox is slang term for a type of deck which includes a lot of singleton copies of cards which can answer specific situations. Cards like Survival of the Fittest or Birthing Pod, which can easily and repetitively locate the specific "tool for the job", are an indication that a deck is a Toolbox deck.
If an opponent controlled a powerful Artifact, for example, then a Toolbox player would be able to search their Library for their single copy of Uktabi Orangutan and destroy it.
