Why are you doing this? The mana symbols are fine as they are now. Why change them? --Tuamir (talk) 23:38, 19 January 2016 (UTC)

It appears that Proton is changing us out to SVG versions of the icons - scalable vectors that work at any size, rather than the one-size PNGs we had. I support this, but I am curious as to their source. Proton, is this your own work, or where are they from? --Corveroth (talk) 23:59, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
Whenever it comes time to make any kind of changes to mana symbols, there's a lot of legwork that goes into editing every template to match each other, and having them all refer to a generic template makes it easier to manage that. I hope this clears up my intent. —ProtonZero[talk] 00:33, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
Ok, thanks for the two answers. I am fine now =D --Tuamir (talk) 00:48, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
@Corveroth The SVGs I have were created by user Goblin Hero at the Collectible Card Game Headquarters. I have most of the rest, but I learned that the numerical symbols he created use an older font from pre-Modern. Someone else has created high-quality PNGs of the Modern numbered mana symbols, which I am slowly converting to SVG for this wiki. —ProtonZero[talk] 07:38, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
