Added functionality

Can someone who has the head for these templates add another couple of options for "noplaces" please? Currently "|noplaces=1" will change the numbering from "1, 2, 3... 7, 8" to "1, 2, 3-4, 5-8".

I think it would be useful to also have variants for:

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-8

This is quite common as there's often a play-off for 3rd place.

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8

For double elimination brackets.

  • 1, 2-8

For when only the exact place of the winner is known.

  • 1, 2, 3-8

This one largely for completenesses sake, though I'm sure there's at least one page I've previously done where this would have been perfect to have.

Just having these options as "noplaces=2", "noplaces=3" and so on will be fine: should be easy enough to trial and error options if I forget, and/or another editor is using the template in future.

I think with these I would probably need to use asterisks considerably less on the Nat Championships pages, which should make tables tidier and easier for people to parse the results of.
