New altimage parameter, future upgrade?

This template now allows for an altimage parameter. You can use that to provide a filename for the infobox, rather than relying on the template to automatically locate "name.jpg". That should enable some image reuse rather than forcing the upload of possibly-duplicate images for every creature type. I'll also note that that default search behavior is relying on specifically a jpg file. Allowing for other file types might be a nice future improvement. --Corveroth (talk) 16:06, 10 April 2025 (UTC)

Token creation error

Tripped over this while looking at Mount, but clearest for Ally: multiple mentions of creature types will be tagged regardless of whether it's the created type. See Turntimber Ranger, Grovetender Druids, Drana's Chosen. Shield (talk) 11:53, 14 June 2025 (UTC)

I think I improved it on this point. I confirmed it still finds things using the typical phrasing, as well as the "Create NAME, a legendary TYPE creature token" template, but I hope there's no other I missed. It won't find predefined tokens but I think it's fair to let those be an extra search anyway (which I'll add now). - jerodast (talk) 12:54, 5 August 2025 (UTC)
