Icing Manipulator
Does Icing Manipulator (Unfinity) belong in the list of Food token sources?
On the one hand, it doesn't create Food tokens. It just converts existing resources (+1/+1 counters) into Food tokens.
On the other hand, modifying a counter isn't the same thing as modifying a card and therefore Icing Manipulator is creating a bunch of artifact tokens out of "nothing".
