This template is meant to be used for articles and sections currently under construction (if it takes longer then a few edits). It displays the below infobox and automatically categorizes the article in the Category:Under construction.

Usage

1: scope, optional parameter. Replaces the text "article or section" with another phrase.

date: optional parameter. Use to display the month and year that the template was added.
