This template can do top 2, top 4, and top 8 of tournament teams with 3 or 4 members.

The template has additional parameter to enable certain functions.

country — Can be set to 1 to switch to country teams and enable 3 letter codes.

comments — Can be set to 1 to enable comments for each player. The comment variables have the pattern pX-Yc for comments about player Y of team X.

nonames — Can be set to 1 to remove the team column if no team names exist.
