Location

Is there a reason Towashi is part of Towabara Plains and Eiganjo is part of Towashi? I can't find sources on either of those. As far as I can tell, Towashi is entirely within Jukai, and Eiganjo is entirely within Towabara. Planning to make the relevant changes unless someone has a source.
