Filling in blanks

A bit harder to find information about this one than other countries I've been doing. I'm stuck on old websites to use for sources, in particular. CardWalker being the best I've found, but the articles I want to access on there aren't archived! Have reached out to, or will reach out to, people in the Taiwanese community to try and fill out the tables.

The Anglicisation of Players names, and if they've been listed in various sources with different variants, their "English" names or nicknames... another big thing here.
