Multiple rules

After a bit of digging there seem different rules sets for this format. It is unofficial so we could list the multiple variants. I am not sure how to determine the most commonly used or the most widespread. Because quite frankly I don't know enough for this. - Yandere Sliver 00:10, 28 January 2019 (UTC)

Pauper Commander does have fringe groups that play using rules other than the ones I added (such as allowing a common commander, differing starting life and commander damage, differing legalities on rarities) but I have been been a part of the Pauper EDH community for about 5 years now and the ones I added are the most universally accepted rules. They are the rules supported by the Reddit, Facebook, Cockatrice, and untap communities as well as what is the most official source on the format we have, the PDH Homebase.
