Minotaurs seem to be quite well spread around the worlds. Are they bred or are they their own species? Because it seems like there are no female Minotaurs. Or are there and they just aren’t seen as often?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 32.209.238.235 (talk • contribs).

How the races work depends on the plane but I think on most planes Minotaurs exist on there are typically natural species. Most indeed females are seldom depicted. - Yandere Sliver 18:57, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
