Print volume

I don't have a citation for the print volume claim on the Llanowar Elves image. I think it's a very safe guess, in light of the parade of "biggest year ever"s and the recency of its printings: 9ED, 10E, M10, M11, M12, and now Foundations, along with assorted smaller products. The original Maddock artwork used through Sixth Edition was surely printed quite a bit, but the simple fact of the game's volume at the time suggests that Walker's art is more common. Rahn's artwork from Dominaria and M19 is the only other contender, and I think Wizards' choice to revert to Walker's art for FDN easily seals the deal.
