Talk:Ice Age/Trivia
To whomever it was who came up with this: "Kjeldoran Guard is strictly worse than Ghost Warden.", please don't make such a statement. The forums, as far as I can remember, after having not accessed it for a fair few weeks, has a thread that argues whether it's feasible to have a card that's strictly worse. Either way, this isn't strictly worse; that's the point. Kjeldoran Guard will get perks when there's a Soldier "lord" creature in play, whereas Ghost Warden should remain as is. Ok? Question: Is Staff of the Ages really strictly better than all the landwalk enchantments? The only reason I question this is that Staff of the Ages prevents any sort of landwalk from being used on your part, as well as on the enemy's part. Like, if you played a B/U Zombie deck that used Swampwalk, but wanted to prevent islandwalkers from getting to you, you could play Undertow to prevent islandwalk while still being able to use swampwalking zombies. You can't do that with Staff of the Ages. In addition, they're enchantments and Staff of the Ages is an artifact. Doesn't that rule out the entire "strictly better" thing?
