Real-world inspiration?

The names are so familiar, I wonder if Fyndhorn was at all inspired the real-world Findhorn Foundation in Scotland? It precedes Magic by decades, and it seems plausible that there would be some overlap between people interested in Magic and people interested in a sort of eco-spiritual community.
