Infobox image
We're currently using the Mordenkainen Emblem (Adventures in the Forgotten Realms) as the infobox image. It's accurate, but it also represents a non-Magic character and R&D (or at least Mark) believes the D&D planeswalkers were a mistake. Any objections to changing it to the Vivien Reid Emblem (Magic: The Gathering Foundations)? -- RivalRowan (talk) 22:40, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
- Sound reasoning and a good example emblem. Go for it! Corveroth (talk) 00:49, 12 May 2025 (UTC)

- The Mordenkainen one is interesting because it has the name in the typeline. But the foundation one skips that again. So this seems to be an overall case of the D&D Emblems being special. But I agree, it should be the most current frame used for Emblems, which seems to be the post-Core Set 2020 one. - Yandere-sliver (talk) 07:25, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
- That's an interesting note. Which other emblems have fake "reminder text" types like that? If it's widespread, that might earn a note on this page. If it was just that one set, put it there. Corveroth (talk) 07:53, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
- Perusing Scryfall gives Wrenn and Six's MH1 printing as the most recent in its set, with Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon's List printing the most recent overall. Shield (talk) 10:21, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
- It's already in the text ... --Hunter (talk) 10:39, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks Yandere-sliver for updating the infobox image! -- RivalRowan (talk) 02:55, 13 May 2025 (UTC)
