Unlockables

Are the unlockable cards best included in the main deckbox, or should they be listed underneath, put in a separate table or something else? I'm happy enough with it like this, but it's just as easy for me to do else.

Also the official website actually gave the unlock order for each of the cards and I'm not sure if that is something worth retaining or not? I opted to just group and alphabeticise them all with the first decklist I've entered. I can't imagine knowing the order will be important for many people, but if it is then it's still available in the archive link.

Not knowing much about DotP, I'm making an educated guess here. I would leave the decklists in the current, alphabetized order. There's no gameplay anymore so unlock order is less relevant. You can always add a subsection that just lists the unlock order at the end of the article for those interested. Having said that, is there a reason Sarkhan Vol is above Jace in Expansion Pack 1?

For the unlockable cards, I would personally put them outside the deck list but I can see arguments either way. The question is really if a reader is downloading the deck, would they want those unlockable cards included or excluded in that download?
