Lesser Elders

With the express confermation that Piru was an Elder Dragon and that never existed a dragon called Scarzam (since the background of the comic Dakkon clearly states that Scarzam dragons were named after Sivitri herself), I believe it is finally time to clean the wiki adn remove from it any reference to Lesser Elders, which spawned twenty years ago from some confusion on the official sources.
