Czech names

As this is an English language wiki I've opted to go for Prague over Praha, for example, as this will be more understandable for an international audience. I, myself, only learnt that Praha is the local name/pronounciation exactly 5 minutes ago!

I'm also going to try to do my best to get players names spelt correctly with all the accents and other dialectical marks on the letters. But I'm not a linguist, or expect on Czech culture, and it seems like a lot of the sources I will be using to put together this page may be missing these. My apologies!
