I can understand the historical value of this document. However, we need some context, categorization, and other articles linking to this document for it to fit this wiki. --Hunter (talk) 04:51, 21 June 2019 (UTC) Furthermore, this is the biggest article on the site by fourfold magnitude (>1mil vs 280k). I don't know if there's a policy for or against sizes, but calling it a summary also seems like a misnomer. Noting that only six pages link here: perhaps it's worthwhile opening subtabs on those six pages and splitting them across. It would require someone sorting a million byte document though.
