Since it possesses a very visible eye, a lattice-like tentacle spread across it's chest and no bone facial plate, Azlask is most probably Emrakul's spawn, and not Ulamog's.

Counterpoint, it possesses a very defined eye and mouth, isn't a corruption of native life, defined arms and legs, and has a long body shape. Until confirmed, it's unknown if it is a spawn or its own Titan (I don't think it was ever confirmed that the three on Zendikar were all of the Titans in the entirety of the blind eternities)
