Suggestion for Page Migration

After looking over this page while thinking about how format pages could be improved, I think it would make sense for this page to be moved to a page titled "Best-of-One" (or something along those lines) and reworked. It made sense for this page to be specific to Standard in an era when Standard was the only constructed format on Arena, but that time has long since passed and there are now many constructed formats on Arena, all of which have Best-of-one as a queue option (and for some, like Brawl, it's the only queue option). Limited formats on Arena also have a Best-of-one option (Premier Draft), but that doesn't have its own page. Furthermore, the hallmarks of Best-of-one play (the hand smoother and the 7 card sideboard limit for sideboard-allowing constructed formats) are shared among Arena's formats. So, I think this page should be generalized to cover Best-of-one as a general concept for both constructed and limited and to list Best-of-one specific bans for all formats that have ever had them (which doesn't expand the list much).
